The Byre Theatre 'Haydays' project.
HAYDAYS is an arts project based at the Byre Theatre, St Andrews, which offers the chance for anyone over 50 to
learn something new or pursue a favourite interest in the arts. Meeting on Tuesdays throughout the year, members can
exercise mind and body in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and meet like-minded people.
In order to offer variety and provide stimulating and challenging activities, the programme changes every 6 weeks to
give a balance suited to everyone’s taste. The range of workshops include painting, drawing, creative crafts and sewing,
local history, bell ringing, taiko drumming, theatre skills, calligraphy, digital photography, various forms of dancing and
much more.
